This thermometer is NSF certified; products bearing a National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certification mark meet all standard requirements, including product testing and regular inspections to verify products continue to comply with the standard (learn more at nsf.org).

Rapid Response: The 4.25" food-grade stainless steel instant read probe needs just 2-3 seconds to measure accurate temperature and has a wide range of -58℉-572℉ (-50°C- 300°C).

Water Resistant: IPX66 rating for water resistance. Takes 1 Lithium battery (included).
