To use the Govee Bluetooth Meat Thermometer:

1. Turn On Digital Bluetooth Meat Thermometer: Remove the protective tip, plug in the probe, insert batteries and press the orange button for 3 seconds to turn on.

2. Connect to Govee Home App: Place the thermometer near your mobile phone and turn on Bluetooth in the phone. Android device users should turn on Location, while iOS users should tap "Setting - Govee Home - Location - Always" in their phone. Open Govee Home, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner and select "H5055". Follow the in-app instructions to complete the connection. (Please download the free 'Govee Home' app from the App Store or Google Play.)

Preset Temp & Alert Notification: Select a reference temp or set a temp range in the app. The meter beeps and the phone vibrates once the temp exceeds the preset range, preventing overcooked embarrassment.

Heat Resistance Precise Probe: The thermometer has a temperature range of 32-572°F/0-300°C. Please note: Do not expose the probes, handles or wire directly to open flame. Do not put the wire wrap into the oven, or it will melt - the wraps are for storage only. Do not touch the hot probe with bare hands, please wear heat-resistant gloves.

White Backlight and Fast Refresh: The white backlight allows viewing meat temp in dark conditions. It automatically turns off 10 seconds later for longer battery endurance. The 2-second fast refresh shows you the latest readings.

Battery Working Time: Approximately 350 hours.

Clear Temp Graphs: See easy-to-read graphs of the last 1 hour of temp data on the Govee Home app.
